Polaris Chassis Kits

This is a Do It Yourself Chassis builder kit for Polaris RZR 1000XP and XP Turbo. 

They are made from laser cut 3/16" cold roll steel and CNC bent. 

The great thing about SPF's chassis kits are ANY size driver can build the car they want to ANY wheel base.

Pictured above is a SPF customer who had never built a chassis and was able to utilize the SPF kit to take the guess work out of the geometry. 

The RZR bulkhead accepts RS1, Turbo and 1K diffs. It utilizes factory geometry for front control arms and steering rack. 

Our RZR Kit offers upper shock jigs that locate your upper shock mount and trailing arm locations to OEM specifications.
